Promo Mechanics:

  1. 1. The promo will run from October 1 – December 31, 2021.
  2. Open to all clients with new prenda, pawning renewal, and domestic remittance transactions who will be transacting in Cebuana Lhuillier branches located in Eastern & Central Visayas plus in Bicol region.
  3. The promo is a manual raffle with the use of raffle stubs.
  4. New client is entitled to pick a prize (one-time chance of draw) after his/her transaction in the branch. Prizes available are Cebuana string bag, Cebuana foldable fan, or P15,00 e-load. Whether the client will win or not in the pick a prize, he/she will still get a raffle stub. The number of stubs to be issued will depend on the client’s number of transaction/s.
  5. Issuance of raffle stubs:
  • New prenda   = 1 raffle stub
  •  Pawning renewal  = 1 raffle stub
  • Any pawning transactions + local remittance sending transactions (P1,500 & up) = 2 raffle stubs
  •  Any pawning transactions + avail of 24k card = 2 raffle stubs

RAFFLE DRAW:

1st Monthly Draw: Nov. 9, 2021 = 10 winners of a sack of rice  (1 winner/Area x 10 Area Offices)

2nd Monthly Draw: Dec. 9, 2021 = 10 winners of a sack of rice  (1 winner/Area x 10 Area Offices)

3rd Monthly Draw: Jan. 11, 2022 = 10 winners of a sack of rice  (1 winner/Area x 10 Area Offices)

  1. There will be 3 monthly draws with 10 winners per draw.
  2. Cut off of entries on the 1st monthly draw is on October 31, 2021 at Cebuana Lhuillier branch closing. Non-winning raffle entries on the 1st monthly draw plus raffle entries received from November 1 up to November 30, 2021 at Cebuana branch closing will be included in the 2nd Monthly Draw. Non-winning raffle entries from the 2nd draw plus raffle entries received from December 1 -31, 2021 at Cebuana branch closing will be drawn in the 3rd Monthly draw.
  3. During the monthly draw, each Cebuana Lhuillier Area Office will be allocated with one (1) winner per month. Ten Areas are included in the raffle draw per month.  There will be three (3) total winners per Area Office in the entire promo period.
  4. The client will only win once in every raffle draw.
  5. Raffle entries shall be dropped at the designated drop box found in Cebuana Lhuillier branches.
  6. Raffle draw shall be witnessed by a DTI representative.

As required by Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP), clients who engage in a financial transaction with covered institutions for the first time shall be required to present the original and submit a clear copy of at least ONE (1) valid photo-bearing identification document issued by an official authority. For our clients’ convenience, Cebuana no longer requires submission of the photocopied ID. IDs are captured using a webcam in all branches. Clients are also required to submit an updated photo and other relevant information whenever the need for it arises.
