November 29, 2011 – Cebuana Lhuillier Insurance Solutions (CLIS) awarded P167,000.00 worth of Alangang Cebuana Plus (ACP) cash fire assistance to the fire victims from Barangay Sto. Niño, Parañaque City.

The four-hour fire started around 11:00 pm of September 22, 2011, destroying houses and leaving 300 families homeless. The blaze was said to be difficult to put out due to the narrow streets leading to the compound, said Parañaque City’s fire marshal.

Meanwhile, Cebuana Lhuillier branch operations manager Airen Romar and vault custodian Theresa Malinban of CLH Moonwalk 2 received the ACP “May Malasakit” Award from CLIS to recognize their efforts in fulfilling the 2-day Claims Bayad Agad to help the residents of Brgy. Sto Niño.

The event was attended by CLIS general manager Jonathan Batangan, CLIS operations manager Rhoneil Pascual, Cebuana Lhuillier acting regional manager for region 1B Gina Laurente, Cebuana Lhuillier area operations managers Helenita Espiritu, CLIS staff, and Cebuana Lhuillier operations team.
