Mechanics:

1. This raffle promo is open only for  all registered members of the Cebuana Lhuillier 24k Rewards Program except employees and families of P.J. Lhuillier Inc., its affiliates or subsidiary companies, as well as its representatives or agents and advertising agencies, including their relatives up to the second degree of affinity or consanguinity or anyone else professionally connected with the Promotion are disqualified to join.

2. 24k rewards members who does 2 or more of the following transactions at Cebuana Lhuillier for the month gets a raffle entry for a chance to win prizes in a monthly raffle. 

Qualified transactions:

a. Remittance via Cebuana Pera Padala (domestic and international)

b. Pawning (new pawn and/or renewal)

c. Opening of a Microsavings account

d. Buying of ProtectMax insurance

Transactions vis a vis raffle entries: (for every 2 transactions / month a customer gets 1 raffle entry)

Ex.

a. 2 transactions = 1 raffle entry

b. 4 transactions = 2 raffle entries

c. 6 transactions = 3 raffle entries 

d. 8 transactions = 4 raffle entries

e. 10 transactions = 5 raffle entries 

3. The promotion period is from October 1 to Oct 18, 2022

4. There will be 240 winners for this raffle, of the following prizes:

a. 24 winners of Cebuana rewards membership points: 24 points (worth P24)

b. 24 winners of Cebuana rewards membership points: 50 points (worth P50)

c. 24 winners of Cebuana rewards membership points: 100 points (worth P100)

d. 24 winners of Cebuana rewards membership points: 240 points (worth P240)

e. 24 winners of Microsavings with 24k debit card with P50 credit (worth P200)

f. 24 winners of Paradigm sling bag (worth P349)

g. 24 winners of Gearguard UV sterilizer (worth P499)

h. 24 winners of  Equinox wired headphones (worth P299)

i. 24 winners of Atmos Fit smart watch (worth P799)

j. 24 winners of Alldobe Tablet (worth P4,999)

5. To qualify and join the raffle, participants must be a member of the Cebuana Lhuillier 24k Rewards Program and have 2 or more transactions for the month, before the draw date

6. Winners can win more than one prize during the entire promo duration.

7. Winners are drawn electronically based on the following details:

a. 24k Reward Client Number

b. 24k Reward Card Number

c. Transaction number 

d. Transaction type

e. Full Name

f. Email Address

g. Mobile Number

h. Present address registered with Cebuana Lhuillier 24k Reward Program

8. Winners will be notified through direct messaging on Facebook, SMS, email and/or registered mail based on their information in the records of the Cebuana Lhuillier 24k Rewards Program. Winners will also be announced through the official Facebook page of the Cebuana Lhuillier 24k Rewards Program.

9. There will be 1 draw date:

10. The raffle draw will be held at PJL Corporate Centre, 1782 Nicanor Garcia corner Candelaria Streets, Makati City via video conference, witnessed and attended by representatives from the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) and P.J. Lhuillier Inc.

11. Refer to the Cut-off Dates above for the deadline for submission of entries.

12. P.J. Lhuillier Inc. reserves the right, in concurrence with DTI, to reject a participant if he/she is unable to satisfy the conditions set out in this promo mechanics. 

13. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for nor redeemed as cash or other items.

14. Period of redemption / Claim Period: 

Prizes not claimed within sixty (60) days from receipt of notice will be forfeited in favor of P.J Lhuillier with prior approval of the DTI.

15. Cebuana Lhuillier shall pay 20% tax for prizes exceeding P10,000.

16. Winners must present the following for the claiming of prizes:

a. A copy of their 24k Rewards Card (physical or virtual)

b. Screenshot of successful order completion reflecting order number from Lazada app

17. For Cebuana Lhuillier 24k Micro Savings Debit Card with Php500 cash credit, valid winners must go to any Cebuana Lhuillier branch within 60 days upon notice of instructions from P.J. Lhuillier Inc.

18. For Winners of appliances or devices and other non-Cebuana Lhuillier branded items,  Cebuana Lhuillier will send the prize to the registered address of the winner within 60 days upon notice.

19. By entering the Promotion, all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these terms and conditions, which shall be interpreted by P.J. Lhuillier Inc., in their sole discretion with the concurrence of the DTI. Decisions made by P.J. Lhuillier Inc., in all matters to do with the Promotion are final and no correspondence will be entered into with the concurrence of the DTI. 

20. P.J. Lhuillier Inc. shall not be responsible for claims of any nature whatsoever for any loss, damage, illness, bodily injury including death of any customer arising out of participation in the Promotion or the use of the prizes. 

21. Acceptance of the prize will be deemed as consent by the winner to use his/her name in all related publicity connected with this Promotion without additional charge or permission.
