as its representatives or agents and advertising agencies, including their relatives up to the
second degree of affinity or consanguinity or anyone else professionally connected with the
Promotion are disqualified to join.

HealthMax purchasers can get a chance to win via electronic raffle when they avail HealthMax
at any of the more than 3,000 Cebuana Lhuillier branches nationwide on Oct 1 – Dec 31, 2023
One HealthMax transaction corresponds to a raffle entry.

1. The promotion period will run for three (3) months from Oct 1, 2023 to Dec 31, 2023.
There will be 9 winners of brand new mobile Apple iPhones. 1 winner per designation
region segmentation.

7. Winners will also be announced through SMS based on their information in the records of
Cebuana Lhuillier and will be notified via registered mail. Names of winners will also be posted
on the official Facebook and Instagram pages of Cebuana Lhuillier.
8. There will be one (1) draw date on January 10, 2024 and the announcement of winner will be
on January 19, 2024.
9. The raffle draw will be held at Integrated Marketing & Communications Group Office, 12
Floor, Pacific Star Building, Makati Avenue, Makati City, witnessed and attended by
representatives from the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) and P.J. Lhuillier Inc.
10. P.J. Lhuillier Inc. reserves the right, with the concurrence of the DTI, to reject a participant if
he/she is unable to satisfy the conditions set out in this promo mechanics.
11. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for nor redeemed as cash or other
items.
12. Period of redemption / Claim Period:  Prizes not claimed within sixty (60) days from receipt
of notice will be forfeited in favor of P.J Lhuillier with prior approval of the DTI.
13. Cebuana Lhuillier shall pay 20% tax for prizes exceeding P10,000.
14. Winners must present the following for the claiming of prizes at selected Cebuana Lhuillier
branch or at IMCG Head Office:

a. A copy of their HealthMax Policy, Card or Certificate of Coverage or
the bills payment receipt for the purchase of HealthMax
b. Winner will present a valid ID upon claiming his/her prize

15.   By entering the Promotion, all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound
by these terms and conditions, which shall be interpreted by P.J. Lhuillier Inc., in their sole
discretion with the concurrence of the DTI. 

16. P.J. Lhuillier Inc. shall not be responsible for claims of any nature whatsoever for any loss,
damage, illness, bodily injury including death of any customer arising out of participation in the
Promotion or the use of the prizes.
17.   Acceptance of the prize will be deemed as consent by the winner to use his/her name in all
related publicity connected with this Promotion without additional charge or permission.
