The Philippine Embassy has announces the 2nd Nationwide Search for the Happiest Pinoy. The Project envisioned by Cebuana Lhuillier Insurance Solutions (CLIS) in coordination with several Philippine government institutions aims to look for and recognize the most cheerful and optimistic Filipino who remarkably exhibited resilience amidst life’s constant and who has made a significant impact in the lives of others.
The search is open to Filipinos 10 years old and above or organizations or groups registered to the Securities and Exchange Commission. To nominate, one may secure on line nomination forms and upload entries to the Happiest Pinoy website and submit accomplished form to the CLIS Head Office at 821 A. Spring cor. J.P. Rizal St., Makati. The nominations will be accepted from 21 October 2011 to 31 July 2012.
The “Happiest Pinoy” winner will receive a cash prize of P250,000 and a trophy and the nine (9) runners-up will receive P25,000 each and trophy. The top 10 finalists will be presented to the media and “Happiest Pinoy” will be announced during a gala dinner on 25 September 2012 at Shangri-la Makati.
