January 12, 2012 – The world’s leading customer service institute, Customer Service Institute of America (CSIA), awarded Cebuana Lhuillier the coveted International Service Excellence Award for Highly Commended Large Business Category.
“Cebuana Lhuillier has shown admirable consistency in client relations” said Christine Churchill, Executive Director and Founder of CSIA, who also commended the company’s initiatives and efforts to bring customer service to a whole new level.
CSIA also conducted an onsite assessment of the selected Cebuana Lhuillier branches for its recertification as a Certified Customer Service Organization, which Cebuana Lhuillier aced last year.
