Promo Mechanics:
1. This raffle promo is open only for all registered members of the Cebuana Lhuillier 24k Rewards Program except employees and families of P.J. Lhuillier Inc., its affiliates or subsidiary companies, as well as its representatives or agents and advertising agencies, including their relatives up to the second degree of affinity or consanguinity or anyone else professionally connected with the Promotion are disqualified to join.
2. 24k rewards program members can get a chance to win via electronic raffle when they do any of the following branch transactions with Cebuana Lhuillier on the day of November 24th 2022.
Qualified transactions:
a. Western Union Payout
b. Western Union Sending
c. Payout- All Partners
2.2 Transactions vis a vis raffle entries: (Each transaction corresponds to a number of entry)

c. Payout- All Partners=3
2.3 The promotion period will run one (1) day only on November 24, 2022
2.4 There will be 3 winners of 24,000Php credits to Cebuana Express Application
2.5 Winners can win more than one prize during the entire promo duration.
2.6 Winners are drawn electronically based on the following details:
a. 24k Reward Card Number
b. Transaction type
c. Full Name
d. Email Address
e. Mobile Number
f. Present address registered with Cebuana Lhuillier 24k Reward Program
6. Winners will be notified through direct messaging on Facebook, SMS and registered mail based on their information in the records of the Cebuana Lhuillier 24k Rewards Program. Winners will also be announced through the official Facebook page of the Cebuana Lhuillier 24k Rewards Program.
7. There will be one (1) draw date on November 28, 2022 at exactly 2pm and the announcement of winner will be on December 10, 2022
8. The raffle draw will be held at PJL Corporate Centre, 1782 Nicanor Garcia corner Candelaria Streets, Makati City via video conference, witnessed and attended by representatives from the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) and P.J. Lhuillier Inc.
9. P.J. Lhuillier Inc. reserves the right, in concurrence with DTI, to reject a participant if he/she is unable to satisfy the conditions set out in this promo mechanics.
10. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for nor redeemed as cash or other items.
11. Period of redemption / Claim Period:
Prizes not claimed within sixty (60) days from receipt of registered notice will be forfeited in favor of P.J Lhuillier with prior approval of the DTI.
12. Cebuana Lhuillier shall pay 20% tax for prizes exceeding P10,000.
13. Winners must present the following for the claiming of prizes in any Cebuana Lhuillier Branches nationwide:
a. A copy of their 24k Rewards Card (physical or virtual)
b. Winner will present a valid ID upon claiming his/her prize
c. Winner will be required to download Cebuanna Express application where prize will be credited
14. By entering the Promotion, all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these terms and conditions, which shall be interpreted by P.J. Lhuillier Inc., in their sole discretion with the concurrence of the DTI. Decisions made by P.J. Lhuillier Inc., in all matters to do with the Promotion are final and no correspondence will be entered into with the concurrence of the DTI.
15. P.J. Lhuillier Inc. shall not be responsible for claims of any nature whatsoever for any loss, damage, illness, bodily injury including death of any customer arising out of participation in the Promotion or the use of the prizes.
16. Acceptance of the prize will be deemed as consent by the winner to use his/her name in all related publicity connected with this Promotion without additional charge or permission.
