Jean Henri Lhuillier supports the Rotary Foundation



The trustees of The Rotary Foundation of Rotary International recognized Jean Henri D. Lhuillier, President and CEO of PJ Lhuillier, Inc. as a benefactor of Rotary Foundation through the Paul Harris Society. The Paul Harris Society was established in 1998 in District 5340 (California, USA) by District Governor Wayne C. Cusick. It was officially approved by the Rotary Foundation as district-administered recognition program in 2006. The organization was named after Paul Percy Harris, the founder of Rotary International in 1905, a service organization with more than one million members worldwide.

 



The Rotary Foundation is geared towards advancing international understanding, goodwill, and peace. Among the projects that the foundation sustains are:



  • A well for clean water to a community in India



  • Equipment for a children’s library in Ecuador



  • Polio vaccine for children



  • Playground equipment, musical instruments, and therapeutic toys for rehabilitating orphans and other children in Czech Republic



  • Eyeglasses for needy adults in the Philippines



  • Funding for a portion of a Group Study Exchange among others

IDs Accepted

As required by Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP), clients who engage in a financial transaction with covered institutions for the first time shall be required to present the original and submit a clear copy of at least ONE (1) valid photo-bearing identification document issued by an official authority. For our clients’ convenience, Cebuana no longer requires submission of the photocopied ID. IDs are captured using a webcam in all branches. Clients are also required to submit an updated photo and other relevant information whenever the need for it arises.
