Mechanics:

1. The promotion will run every Friday starting April 8, 2022 to May 31, 2022.
2. Open to all registered members of the Cebuana Lhuillier 24k Rewards Program except employees, its affiliates or subsidiary companies including their relatives up to second degree of consanguinity or affinity.
3. Every Friday, starting April 8, 2022 (except Good Friday April 15, 2022 which is a holiday) all 24k rewards program members can get a chance to win prizes via electronic raffle when they do any of the following transactions with Cebuana Lhuillier branches.
   1. Domestic and International Remittance (w. minimum transaction fee of P30)
   2. Pawning transactions (renewal pawning is included)
   3. Insurance premium payments
4. There will be 240 winners for this weekly raffle, of the following prizes:
   1. 24k branded Umbrella worth P250
   2. 24k branded bags worth P100
5. To qualify for the raffle, participants must:
   1. Be a member of the Cebuana Lhuillier 24k Rewards Program.
   2. Must do any of the following transactions during the promo period (Every Friday starting April 1, 2022, except April 15)
      • Domestic and International Remittance
      • Pawning transactions (renewal pawning not included)
      • ProtectMax premium payments
   3. Winners can only win once during the entire promo duration.
   4. Winners are drawn electronically based on the following details:

   6. 24k Reward Card Number
   7. Full Name
   8. Email Address
   9. Mobile Number
   10. Present address registered with Cebuana Lhuillier 24k Reward Program
   11. Winners will be notified through direct messaging on Facebook, SMS, email and/or registered mail based on their information in the records of the Cebuana Lhuillier 24k Rewards Program. Winners will also be announced through the official Facebook page of the Cebuana Lhuillier 24k Rewards Program.
   12. Raffle entry cut off will be at 11:59pm on every Friday starting April 8, 2022 until May 31, 2022, except April 15. (only transactions during Fridays will be accepted in the raffle)
   13. There will be weekly draws (every Wednesday, following the Friday promo day)

11. The raffle draw will be held at PJL Corporate Centre, 1782 Nicanor Garcia corner Candelaria Streets, Makati City via video conference, witnessed and attended by representatives from the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) and P.J. Lhuillier Inc.
12. J. Lhuillier Inc. reserves the right, in concurrence with DTI, to reject a participant if he/she is unable to satisfy the conditions set out in this promo mechanics.
13. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for nor redeemed as cash or other items.
14. Winners must present a copy of their 24k card or 24k online account for claiming the prize from the nearest Cebuana Lhuillier branch. During verification of winners by Cebuana Lhuillier, the branch will be nominated by the Customer.
15. Claiming of prizes is until 60 days from receipt of notification. Otherwise, prizes will be forfeited in favor of Cebuana Lhuillier with prior DTI approval.
16. By entering the Promotion, all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these terms and conditions, which shall be interpreted by P.J. Lhuillier Inc., in their sole discretion with the concurrence of the DTI. Decisions made by P.J. Lhuillier Inc., in all matters to do with the Promotion are final and no correspondence will be entered into with the concurrence of the DTI.
17. J. Lhuillier Inc. shall not be responsible for claims of any nature whatsoever for any loss, damage, illness, bodily injury including death of any customer arising out of participation in the Promotion or the use of the prizes.
18. Acceptance of the prize will be deemed as consent by the winner to use his/her name in all related publicity connected with this Promotion without additional charge or permission.
