To open an account, go to any of Cebuana Lhuillier’s 2,500 branches nationwide and fill-out the Client Customer Information File Sheet and bring the following:

Prizes shall be drawn under the supervision of the assigned representative by the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI).

  1. All qualified clients can only win once.
  2. Sender clients must update their personal and beneficiary information (e.g., name, contact number, and address) in their transacting branch in Korea as this will be the basis of the marketing team for the raffle draw and release of prize.
  3. Cebuana team will contact the beneficiary of the sender after winning the draw. They will receive a text notification and email bearing the procedure on how they will be able to claim their prize. They must present the letter to Cebuana Lhuillier branch together with a valid ID during the redemption period.
  4. Announcement of winners will be shared thru the in-branch mini poster and social media pages of Cebuana Lhuillier.
  5. Cebuana Lhuillier shall not be liable if the beneficiaries did not receive the text notification and email due to outdated personal information.
  6. All winners will only have sixty (60) calendar days to redeem their prize upon receipt of the registered mail. All unclaimed prizes will be forfeited in favor of Cebuana Lhuillier with prior approval from DTI.

As required by Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP), clients who engage in a financial transaction with covered institutions for the first time shall be required to present the original and submit a clear copy of at least ONE (1) valid photo-bearing identification document issued by an official authority. For our clients’ convenience, Cebuana no longer requires submission of the photocopied ID. IDs are captured using a webcam in all branches. Clients are also required to submit an updated photo and other relevant information whenever the need for it arises.
