Cebuana Lhuillier donates to the Philippine National Red Cross

A few days from Christmas, Typhoon Sendong hit the country, destroying houses and leaving thousands homeless. The total number of missing people have increased to an estimate of 1,500 while bodies are still being recovered from as far as Bohol.

As part of the company’s corporate social responsibility efforts, PJ Lhuillier, Inc. President and CEO Jean Henri Lhuillier and employees, donated money to the typhoon victims through the Philippine National Red Cross (PNRC). Cebuana Lhuillier partnered with the PNRC this year. Through the partnership, donations for any of PNRC’s campaigns can be made through any of Cebuana’s 1,500 branches nationwide.
